Building Renovation

Good Neighbors is collaborating with the Boyne Area Free Clinic to make much-needed repairs to the building we share. The clinic owns the building and provides us with a great space, rent-free, to distribute food to our neighbors. Now we are joining forces to ensure we can continue serving those in need in our community.

Thanks to the support from our generous community, we were able to accomplish the first step: to secure the roof before winter. Here are photos of the work-in-progress:

We have also made improvements to the electrical and HVAC systems

Next steps: 

1. Install insulation before winter
2. Install new siding, windows and doors in spring of 2027
3. Improve parking in spring of 2027
